Congratulations on registering to attend the historic Church of Satan 60th Anniversary Conclave!
Below is some information to help you make further preparations for your participation in this historic event. You will get additional updates by email as the event draws closer. A few days before the Conclave, you will receive a final email with specific details about the event. That email will include the exact location of the conclave and other helpful details.

HOTEL INFORMATION
The DoubleTree is reporting that it is sold out. This hotel is recommended for conclave attendees. It is located at 40 Civic Center Plaza, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601. This hotel is located seven blocks from the Poughkeepsie Train Station. Staying at the DoubleTree will position you best to participate in all that the conclave offers but there are other hotels in Poughkeepsie worth exploring.

Rooms at the DoubleTree blocked for our group’s use are at a special reduced rate as follows:

Thursday and Sunday, 4/23 and 4/26 -- $109 per night + taxes

Friday and Saturday, 4/24 and 4/25 -- $139 per night + taxes

CONCLAVE VENUE REVISED
​
This is a change! The Conclave event venue for all Saturday activities is located a 15-minute drive from downtown Poughkeepsie. For security reasons, the exact name and location will only be revealed about a week prior to the Conclave.​​​ We will be coordinating some ride-sharing among members to assist in transportation for those attending without a vehicle.

In order to facilitate sharing travel, accommodation and fun planning information, we have established a private Discord server for registered attendees. You will receive and invitation to join that via email.

Thursday Night Gathering for Early Arrivals – Details to be determined based on potential attendance.

Friday Afternoon “Baphy Bash” at Witchcraft District Bazaar - The metaphysical and occult retail store owned by Priestess Renée Anderson, located at 8 Mt. Carmel Pl. in Poughkeepsie, will host "Baphy Bash", a public event on Friday, April 24. It is an in-store event celebrating the enigmatic figure, Baphomet, and will feature a number of items of interest to Members—from Baphomet statuary and prints to remaining Hell’s Kitchen Medallions, signed literature, and 60th Anniversary limited edition things. Plus, there’s a great selection of witchcraft and occult stuff. For that day, there will be free treats, giveaways, Tarot and Palm Readings, and a raffle. Friday Evening Buffet Dinner and Welcome Party – This will take place 6pm to Midnight on Friday, April 24 at the DoubleTree hotel. The opening cocktail reception cash bar will start promptly at 6:00 pm. A buffet dinner will be served from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. There will be delightful program of fun member-provided entertainment throughout the evening as well as an unparalleled opportunity to meet and mingle with fellow members and share insights on the myriad ways we live as the beasts of the field, rejoicing in the fleshly life. Tickets for this separate event will be $41.50 per person.
Sunday Morning Farewell Brunch – The High Priest and High Priestess will host a final farewell brunch buffet at the DoubleTree hotel from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm on Sunday, April 26. This will include a hot breakfast buffet. There will be no program per se but an excellent final opportunity to meet with fellow members and discuss future collaborations or communications. The High Priest and Priestess will be available for very short, final, 1-on-1 conversations as their time and energy permit. Tickets for this separate event will be $39.50 per person.
